Shipping Policy
At Goods.uk, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We ship all items within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. All items are sent via Royal Mail 48 hours, and shipping is free on orders over £65. For orders under £65, a flat rate of £3.50 applies. Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy for retail items is straightforward: unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, while opened items cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds will be issued once the items have been received back in their original condition. If an item is faulty, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us. We will also offer a full refund, or exchange for the same item, once the item has been received back.
